Jamie Gray is a Volunteer Engagement Specialist II in PMI’s Volunteer Engagement department. She is responsible for the development and implementation of key volunteer programs and services, including volunteer outreach programs, communication and marketing approaches, system enhancements and updates for content and functionality, all in support of engagement, recognition, recruitment, and retention of effective volunteers. She works to ensure that development activities align with established organization objectives, with a clear focus on assuring a consistent, holistic, and vibrant approach to sustaining volunteer interest, value, and satisfaction. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Syracuse University, a master’s in Community Leadership from Duquesne University and is a Certified Volunteer Administrator (CVA).
